Hi, I'm Kay

A few years ago I was a 40 something woman who had piled on the pounds, was fat, very unfit and fed up! Having tried lots of crazy quick fix diets that made me miserable (and my family) and demanding workouts that simply weren't sustainable or realistic, I was at a loss as to where to turn and how to get my life back on track.

Then I set a plan that literally changed my life!

Fast forward to today, I'm now staring at 50 and by using my "Back to Basics" approach" I'm over 3 Stone lighter (20KGS), stronger than I've ever been and the slimmest I've ever been since having my children. I've achieved all of this whilst still eating the foods I enjoy, not starving myself or killing myself with endless hours of cardio!

Now I teach and empower other women to do the same :-)
